Hi - everyone -
We had a great memorial day weekend - but sorry no pixs to prove it - we forgot the batteries.
We was excited to have flowers from our own garden to take to the graves - our climbing rose is so beautiful - it is a velvet red rose - it had over 20 roses on it. Colleen went with us to Brigham City - she was really interested in the History of the family - so that makes it fun for us. We found Hans and Julie Ann Freeze grave they are you dads grandparents. Plus a couple of his aunts too. Then we stopped and visited Grandma and Grandpa Harvey - It was a great visit - They are planning a summer trip - they are going to Deborahs for Lexys graduation then on to the grand canyon for a bus tour, Lake powell for a boat tour and then to Bryce Canyon. It should be really nice. Also Colleen took Norene's family and Terri's to Bridal Veil Falls on Monday - Norene and Mike had stayed at the Anniversay Inn Bridal Veil Falls Room for their Honey moon and 10th Anniversay - but they had never been there - so they really enjoyed the day - they didn't know it was so close to SLC.
I helped Colleen plant 12 containers of petunias in the front yard - dad helped us do the last few because we was running out of time. She also planted some ground cover in the back yard.
